Pool Rules

The following pool rules and regulations are distributed for mutual benefit of the residents and their guest within The Village/Country Club community. Your cooperation and respect for the rights of others is necessary to insure continued enjoyment of the facilities.

  • Only homeowners in good standing (current with dues) are allowed the use of the facilities. Pool monitors will have a list of delinquent homeowners
  • Pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Must be out of the pool and clubhouse by 8pm.
  • Please use the pool at your own risk. We do not have a lifeguard on duty.
  • Homeowners are limited to 2 guests unless they are visiting relatives. An adult must accompany guests at all times.
  • No person under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who assumes responsibility for that person.
  • It is recommended that you shower before entering the pool.
  • Only appropriate swimming attire to be worn in pool. If you take a shower, dress before you come out of the bathroom.
  • No animals of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
  • No glass containers allowed in the pool area.
  • No eating or drinking in the pool or 2 feet from the edge.
  • No smoking in pool area.
  • No bicycles, skateboards, etc. are allowed in the pool area.
  • No profanity or loud music with profanity allowed.
  • No running or horseplay is allowed in the pool area.
  • No one with an infectious disease, inflamed eyes, nasal, or ear discharge, open wounds or bandages allowed in the pool. (A band aid is okay if no bleeding)
  • Do not litter. All trash and paper must be put in the trash cans that are provided.
  • Residents will be held responsible for the actions of their children and their guests.
  • The management will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property.
  • All children that are NOT potty trained must wear little swimmers not DISPOSABLE DIAPERS. This is a county rule and any potty accidents will result in the pool be closed for a 24 hour period. Your neighbors will not be happy.
  • Must have your own pool key and an updated yearly pool tag to sign in.
  • Illegal drugs are NOT allowed on pool property (including parking lot).
  • ENTERING THE POOL WHEN IT IS CLOSED IS TRESPASSING (a misdemeanor) and will be enforced.

The Village Pool is owned by the homeowners. Be respectful to each other, and do your part in keeping it a nice place to spend the summer. If you have a real concern, kindly let your monitor know. If they can’t fix it, they will contact the pool manager. Be patient.
